Windows 10 install from usb freezes free
I have learnt that the way to do this is by creating a bootable USB using the Windows Media Creation Tool and I have followed all the information step by step at this link.

I had previously upgraded my computer from 7 to 10 with no issues. Stuck at Blue windows logo, Both times it has been stuck for over an hour. I dont understand why I would have a problem, the only change is my HD, why would it cause it not to install when the original install was seamless.

If this fails, boot into BIOS setup to reset to defaults. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. If you see a Windows logo that means it is booting to the media and hanging. Try waiting it out for minutes. May have been SATA controller. You can boot back in to observe where it’s set. Glad it helped. I don’t even get any choices in install. It just shows the Windows logo. That’s the only thing I have seen since I booted. Anthony – If you see a Windows logo that means it is booting to the media and hanging. Can you try another flash stick?
I tried both. Have burned the iso 3 times with 2 different media types. Bios is set to default. Do not see any of the options you said. Setting to default bios fixed it. Not sure what setting might have effected it. It is now installing properly.
